A day just like the others, up by 7 and before you know it we've met up and missed our train lol.  Poor Steph had to wait for us in Kyoto where we planned to visit a temple.  It was pretty amazing.  That and I love the pretty buildings.  I'm going to miss Japan when I go back home but I already miss everyone back home lol.  Our first stop after the four of us got together were the bamboo forests so we basically wandered around till we found them.....it was sooo amazing!!  It was a slightly windy day so the bamboo was moving around and everything, it sounded so pretty and peacefull.  It was a pretty good walk once we turned around and had to try to find our way back lol.  Thankfully I have a very very good navigator and so we made it back successfully.  I ate some rice paste on a stick covered in a sauce that was pretty good (hungry fast and lots of walking).  We decided to try to find some lunch so we went back to kyoto station and had some tasty ramen ^_^.  then went back out to go to a shrine.....it was so cool.  there were a bunch of those gates one after another along a path that went on forever.  it was shortly after 4 at this point so its starting to get dark but we still wandered around a bit because it was so neat.  By the time we left it was almost dark, and we decided to go our separate ways.  I went to bed way to early last night and payed for it this morning....lesson learned wont happen again lol.

So it would seem we will be getting up around 7am every morning.  Gives us time to mess around on the computer before we start our day.  Around 10 we had met up with Jen and Steph.  Today we went south to a temple and it was really pretty, even got to pet a few dogs ^_^.  Found a 100yen shop (dollar store lol) and I got a pretty pink coin purse.  So I moved over about $15 worth of coins to it and I was happy.  After that we came back and ate lunch together.  We all had the same thing, chicken over some rice lol.  It was really good and I think I'm the only one that basically ate everything......I have mentioned I get hungry fast right?  We split up to freshen up before the concert and met up again shortly after ready to go to the venue.  when we arrived there were a few people there just lounging around.  To me it seemed like it took forever for something to happen lol.  but they finally lined us up.......then just left us there like that for what again seemed like forever.  We were in the line to get to the tour goods.  I plan to buy mine at the last concert....less to lug around.  So after that it was a trip to the lockers and then we were inside.  We made a bee-line for the front and got semi-close.  We stood around "forever" listening to random music waiting for the band to come out.  But finally the lights dimmed and they started to appear.  It's about that point that the surge happens.  Imagine there is about 100 people spread out and then they all rush for the stage and basically when that happened....well, a can of sardines has more room at that point lol.  And of course everyone is still trying to slip to the front lol so if there is so much as a crack they will go for it.  But I could see the band.....crystal clear....with the surge we were about 5 feet from the stage.  It was so very very amazing.  I could look where I wanted and didn't have to be dictated by a camera on who I was going to view.  I could clearly see the water glistening in his hair every time he put more on his head.....We all loved it when he threw water into the crowd cause it was pretty hot (so hot that some people can't take it and have to try to get out....Its hard to move back or forward in that mashed up insanity lol) We were so close I could almost touch him when he put his hand into the crowd but he was just a little bit too far away.  Next concert I will try again, I have 3 more tries to touch him before going back home and I will make it on one of them lol.  But I can't put into words just how amazing that concert was.  So I can't do a concert report but I will say this.....Yutaka is NOT fat.  That will make sense to some of you and if it doesn't then just ignore it ^_^.  By the time I got out I had sadly lost my coin purse.  I think I'm still in a daze.  I did manage to take a shower before passing out last night.....I was soaked with everybody else's sweat....literally soaked through.  But it was amazing and I so can't wait to do it again.

So, for the second day I woke up at 4 then got up at 5:30....thats an improvement lol.  this time the target for our wanderings was an underground mall area ^_^ and of course we showed up before almost any stores were open.  There was a kimono shop open so I managed to ask if there were any kimono's with butterflies but she couldnt find any.  So slightly disapointed but kinda expected we walked the whole area of the shops many of which looked like they were about to open.  I planned to go back to that kimono shop cause I really wanted a kimono.  they let me try on two of them...one was a really pretty pink color (I do love pink) and the other was a black with roses.....which is the one I ended up buying.  sadly some of the roses are purplish in color but it still looks pretty despite that fact.  this time with kimono in hand the stores were open and wow there is a lot of food down there.  at one place I bought this french thing that had cheese and ham on it and it was really good,  I ate it for lunch....then had some sandwhiches later.....I get hungry very fast with all this walking.  With the help of a lady working at clares and Lee's trusty eyes we found some black butterfly earrings that I hope will go perfectly with the kimono.  I have everything for the kimono except the shoes.  there are Christmas decorations everywhere so I've been taking a lot of pictures of them.  we stopped by Steph's hotel but she hadn't checked in yet so we wandered around some more then went to meet Jen around two in front of the Hatch (where the fan club only concert will be on sunday ^_^) then went back to Steph's hotel and surprised her since she had just arrived lol.  the four of us went back and wandered the underground mall again to see all the pretty stores.  I go into almost all stores that have earrings to look for butterfly ones lol....its my weakness.  I want to get some pictures with the host club boys but so far I've lacked the courage to ask them.  I'll try again tomorrow night.

started off the day by waking up at 3am which wasn't exactly fun so I messed around on the computer for 45 mins before trying to go back to sleep and then got up at 5:30.  we were walking around and we found the water shrine she found last time and most of the shops were closed so we were just wandering around till we hit the "bridge".  we walked towards it and there were three guys in wigs being filmed and everyone was laughing but of course I had no idea what they were saying.  I went to one side of the bridge and the view was amazing and so very pretty.  we went to the other side and when I glanced at the people being filmed it looked like they were gestering in our direction o.0(eep) one then walks over and shakes my hand asks my name and where I'm from...I answered all his questions and was laughing the whole time.  after he walked away the director walked over and asked for permission to use that(wow) so I said yes and they had me sign my name and give them my phone number(I said yes of course).  but I forgot to take pics of them which I am still beating myself up over.  It kinda made the morning surreal but we continued on walking around as the shops were starting to open.  we came across the "bridge" again and encountered mario and luigi cosplayers(remembered pics this time).  we made it to a book off store and cleaned it out of almost all its buck tick cds ^_^  I even got a first press of speed(squeeee) and altogether got 5 new cds to cross off my list.  we ate at mcdonalds to compare it to the american version...thinner meat but better quality imo.  Altogether I'm so amazing that I'm actually in Japan.  this is truely the trip of a lifetime.

just a quick update about whats been going on with my life.  I work part time at a Hallmark shop about a mile from my house so I walk to work.  I recently joined a martial arts dojo so I'm now learning traditional okinawan karate which is a ton of fun.  However I am super sore after the first class.  And next class I get to wear my Gi for the first time so I'm excited.  I am still horribly obsessed with Buck Tick and will hopefull never lose my love for them.  I am saving money each month in the hopes that I will be able to go visit them in the future.
